What framing and matting materials are used?

Prints: Professional photo paper, archival matte finish, signed and dated by artist on back

Mat board: Conservation grade, acid-free, white mat

Frames: 1” wood painted with gesso finish, made in Italy, & Tru Vue conservation clear, 99% UV rated glass

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

All matting and framing are done locally in Maplewood, MO. If you prefer not to have your items shipped, you will be notified with pick-up information when your order is ready. Please use the coupon code at checkout: PICKUP.

Where is shipping available? When will my order ship?

Shipping is available in the US and Canada. To place an order from another country, write humansofstl@gmail.com with the requested picture numbers, sizes, and if you’d prefer them printed, matted, and/or framed so we can calculate shipping costs.

Prints, matted prints, and matted and framed prints will ship flat in a protected mailer. 18”x27” prints will ship in mailing tubes.

Please expect your order within three to four weeks.

The cost of shipping will not be refunded and the print must be in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
